It is and it's not. My personal ideal pace for this workshop is completing a chakra per week. This is a substantial amount of work, and we will be hosting weekly live calls on the business of coaching. If you want to go slower, you can. If you want to attend live, you'll need to keep the pace.

TOTAL TIME COMMITMENT : 4-5 Hours/week + 1 hour homework. I would recommend giving this your best attention. No need to call out of work, but you’re in school. You’re going to be saying “no” to shit during this time.

If I feel like it needs to be improved, yes. But I've been teaching this for many years and feel like it's time to focus on my work in Sacred Sexuality, which this work is an initiation for. But I for real say every time I teach this that it's the last time. The bottom line is that if God tells me it's go time it's not like I'm going to bitch and say no.

This is shadow work, like alllllllll the shadow work handled. But I do feel like if we're laughing we're learning. Laughter lodges things into our memory. There's very few people that can have a lol during a conversation about incestual rape or DV... but none of that is strange or unfamiliar to me so... I'll definitely do my part to make sure you don't leave crying. It will definitely be intense. The first three chakras are extremely intense. But intense = big ass results so... do you want flaccid work and flaccid results? Or a rock hard pounding?
