What if I'm scared of social media?
this is not for you, but you’re not scared of social media. You’re scared of the apocalypse or rejection, both of which are negative fantasies that you must stop indulging at some point.
What if I have kids and can't get away?
I wake up at 4:30, heads up. But if I didn’t I would take my kids to the park/push them in the stroller while doing this with one headphone in.
What if I can't walk?
If it’s a physical obstacle you can do any other form of physical movement that you have used to get you where you are today, while listening to the practice.
What if I can't do the social media prompts?
You can come tell me to my face you can’t do it at our coaching call every Tuesday. Make sure you choose the SAFEHOUSE option.
